How long does shipping take?

Standard US: 5-7 business days. Express US: 2-3 business days. International: 10-14 business days.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Free standard shipping on all US orders. No minimum order required.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you receive a tracking number via email. Use it on our Track Your Order page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. TheVoltr ships worldwide. International rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Can I change my order?

Orders can be modified within 24 hours. Email support@thevoltr.com immediately with your order number.

How long does processing take?

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days before shipping.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?</p> <p>

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.

How do I start a return?

Email support@thevoltr.com with your order number and reason for return. We send return instructions within 24 hours.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return. Bank may take additional 2-3 days.

Can I exchange an item?</p> <p>

Yes. Email support@thevoltr.com with your order number and the item you want to exchange for.

What if my item is damaged?

Email support@thevoltr.com immediately with photos. We send a replacement at no cost.

Are all products authentic?

Yes. Every product at TheVoltr is 100% authentic. We source directly from verified suppliers.

How do I find my size?

Why do items sell out fast?

Corteiz, Hellstar, SP5DER, Drew House release limited drops. We recommend ordering as soon as you find your size.

Will sold out items restock?

Some items restock, some do not. Check New Arrivals regularly or email support@thevoltr.com about a specific item.
