TheVoltr ships to the entire United States and internationally worldwide. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process, times and rates.

 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates. TheVoltr has no control over these charges.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page at thevoltr.com/track-order/. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after shipment.

 

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently cannot ship to PO Boxes for express or overnight orders.
  • Some remote international locations may have limited shipping options.
  • Certain products may have shipping restrictions to specific countries.

 

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments
