Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.

Return Conditions

Items eligible for return:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • All original tags still attached
  • In original packaging

Items NOT eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items (final sale)
  • Items marked as final sale at time of purchase
  • Items without original tags
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Items returned after 30 days

How to Return — Step by Step

Step 2 We respond within 24 hours with return instructions and return address.
Step 3 Pack item securely in original packaging with all tags attached.
Step 4 Ship the item back using the instructions provided.
Step 5 Once received and inspected, refund is processed within 3-5 business days.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? Email [email protected] with your order number and the item/size you want to exchange for. We will arrange the exchange and ship your new item as soon as your return is received.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, email [email protected] immediately with your order number and photos of the item. We will send a correct replacement at no additional cost — no need to return the damaged item.
