Waist Natural waistline pe measure karo — navel ke thoda upar.
Inseam Crotch se ankle tak measure karo, inside leg ke saath.
Hip Fullest point pe measure karo, hips ke around.
Shoulder Ek shoulder tip se doosre shoulder tip tak measure karo.
